This role combines hands-on trading operations with data-driven improvement work in a global supply chain environment. You will help keep order flows running smoothly while building reports and dashboards that create clarity across complex processes and systems.

You will work close to stakeholders across operations and reporting, with the chance to improve how data is used in day-to-day decision-making. It is a great opportunity for you who enjoy both operational responsibility and analytical problem-solving in an international setting.

• You will manage orders from production centers and European subcontractors.
• You will register and maintain orders in SAP, including Cortex and Sales Cockpit.
• You will handle customer and delivery-related issues such as claims, shortages, and expedited shipments.
• You will drive continuous improvement and standardization of trading workflows.
• You will develop, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
• You will identify and connect relevant data sources across complex system landscapes.
• You will collaborate with global stakeholders on reporting, data quality, and analysis.

• You have experience with order handling, supply chain, or trading operations.
• You have solid Power BI skills, including data modeling and DAX/M.
• You have a basic understanding of databases and large datasets.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• You are comfortable working in a service-oriented role with many stakeholders.
• You take initiative, enjoy solving problems, and look for smarter ways of working.
