Job Description
As a Business Process Partner, you play a key role in strengthening IKEA’s ability to work in effective, efficient, and end‑to‑end aligned way across the value chain. You shape, improve, and maintain business processes within your scope, always with the IKEA totality and long‑term development in mind.
Working closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), process leaders, digital product teams, and operational stakeholders, you translate business needs into scalable, future‑ready process solutions.,You will help prevent sub‑optimisation, identify opportunities for improvement, and strengthen operational excellence—today and for the future.
Buy taking a holistic view of how we work we aim to improve how we deliver results in the business reality. While making sure that processes follow the BPM standard.
In this role you will work with the Business Process Management processes and frameworks, setting the foundation for how we work with business processes as such across Inter IKEA and you have an extra eye for either ensuring communication, change and learning, Improvements and related methods, process modelling or process performance. You will work in Operations management, Process & Capabilities.
