🔧 About the Role

You will join a software development team working on advanced radar application software. The role covers the full software lifecycle, from understanding system requirements and implementing functionality to integration, testing, verification, and deployment.

Working closely with system engineers and technical specialists, you will help bridge system-level requirements with robust software solutions. You will also contribute to improving CI/CD, test automation, continuous verification, and development practices to increase software quality and shorten feedback cycles.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, high-performance software for advanced radar systems.
• Implement and maintain software using C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Improve software verification, testing, and quality engineering practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and continuous verification.
• Integrate, test, and verify software in complex system environments.
• Reduce development feedback cycles through automation and improved workflows.
• Collaborate with system engineers and domain specialists to translate requirements into software functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve software quality, development efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Contribute throughout the software lifecycle, from early requirements to deployed and verified functionality.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Programming experience in C++, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience working in a Linux-based development environment.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Interest in software quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Willingness to work with complex technical systems and take ownership of development tasks.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

• Software verification, test automation, and quality engineering.
• CI/CD, continuous verification, and automated development workflows.
• Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
• Model-based verification and validation.
• Real-time software systems.
• Signal processing, radar technology, or sensor-related systems.
• System-level engineering and integration of complex products.
• Improving development efficiency and reducing software feedback cycles.
