You will join a Service Integration Office in a global IT environment where multiple internal teams and external providers work together to deliver stable, high-quality services. In this role, you will help coordinate and follow up on service delivery, support governance and reporting, and contribute to improvements across IT service management. You will work closely with service owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders, giving you broad exposure to incident, request, problem, and change processes as well as operational reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

This assignment suits you if you want to grow in a professional IT environment and build practical experience in how large-scale services are managed, improved, and governed.

• You will support day-to-day work within IT Change management, reporting, and other IT service management activities.
• You will help coordinate follow-up with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep service delivery aligned with agreed processes.
• You will maintain and update service documentation, operational procedures, and governance material.
• You will contribute to service reporting, KPI follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will participate in operational meetings, service reviews, and follow-up forums.

• Education in IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• An interest in IT service management, IT operations, or service integration.
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts, including incident, change, problem, and service management.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in both Swedish and English.
• A structured and reliable way of working, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a professional IT environment.
