About the Assignment

You will take on a central support role close to the Head of Software Factory & Enablers and the management team in a large-scale automotive software environment. The assignment is focused on making business execution smoother in a fast-moving organization where priorities shift quickly and clear coordination makes a real difference.

You will create structure in daily work, keep communication flowing, and help senior stakeholders stay focused on the right things at the right time. The role combines administration, planning, communication and follow-up, with a strong emphasis on proactively improving ways of working rather than only handling incoming tasks.

You will work across both internal and external interfaces, support leadership activities, and contribute to a broader assistants' network within software engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for you if you enjoy being close to decision-making and want a front-row view of how a complex software organization operates.

Job Description
  • You will plan and coordinate calendars, meetings and daily priorities to help the management team use time effectively.
  • You will prepare agendas, meeting notes, town hall material and presentations, and support clear internal communication.
  • You will act as an interface between managers and internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate people-related activities, visits, events, ordering, invoicing and other administrative tasks within the role's scope.
  • You will drive and improve administrative ways of working to support the management team more efficiently.
  • You will contribute to the software engineering assistants' network and help share effective ways of working across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience as a business assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Confluence.
  • Driver's license.
  • A proactive and service-minded way of working.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced, fast-changing business environment.
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at different levels and building trust through a structured and transparent approach.
  • Ability to complete required background checks for a sensitive assignment.
