Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Demand Architect to support the sales businesses in the Customers & Solutions Region Nordic. You will play a key role in strategic development, including setting the Region Nordic Digital Strategy, planning and documenting future digital demands, and monitoring, inventorying, and developing digital capabilities together with the business and internal IT teams.

You will be responsible for translating business demands into IT demands, with a strong focus on information and data analytics. The role requires alignment with both business stakeholders and IT development teams, leveraging proven leadership skills and experience in change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a holistic view of the IT landscape, making sure it meets short- and long-term business needs effectively, both functionally and cost-efficiently.

• Identify opportunities where new technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Cloud, etc.) can benefit the business.

• Translate business needs into IT demands and participate in projects to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Conduct architectural reviews from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with overall strategy, security standards, and cost efficiency.

• Participate in common forums to share knowledge, promote reuse of solutions, and identify synergies.

• Maintain high-quality documentation of the IT landscape for Region Nordic.

• Collaborate with the security organization to maintain high levels of information and IT security, as well as regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the utility and electricity sector.

• Experience in large international companies.

• Extensive experience developing IT demands in a business context.

• Deep expertise in business and IT architecture, including process, information, and system perspectives.

• Familiarity with agile methods and ways of working.

• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• Strong enterprise architecture skills; solution/application architecture experience is a plus.

• Understanding of security regulations and ability to address security aspects in architecture work.

• Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in IT.
