For more information about us, please visit www.nord-lock.com We are looking for a high-impact Director Strategy & PMO to lead strategy execution, transformation, and operational and commercial excellence across the BU TenEx organization. This role partners closely with the Business Unit VP and management team to drive growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance, ensuring that strategy translates into measurable business results. About the role The Director Strategy & PMO is responsible for driving operative & strategic projects, operational and commercial excellence, incl industrial transformation across the organization. The role ensures alignment between project execution, process improvement, and support sustainable growth, efficiency, and operational integration of newly acquired entities. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the Business Unit VP and management team to shape and execute corporate and business unit strategy • Translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives and transformation programs • Lead the PMO function, ensuring clear governance, ownership, and KPI-driven execution • Drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement to improve productivity, cost structure, and working capital • Lead commercial excellence initiatives including pricing strategy, sales effectiveness, and margin improvement • Track value creation and ensure delivery of financial and operational targets • Act as a cross-functional integrator across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Engineering • Provide strategic analysis, decision support, and executive reporting to senior leadership Your Profile The ideal candidate has a proven track record in strategy execution, operational / commercial excellence, and leading large-scale transformations, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors. You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership and the ability to deliver measurable results across complex, matrixed organizations. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, including digitalization expertise • At least 3 years’ experience in commercial, manufacturing, operations, or industrial project leadership roles, with strong analytical capabilities • Management consulting experience is an advantage • Strong skills in project and financial controlling, as well as strategic analysis • Demonstrated success leading PMO functions or large transformation programs • Deep knowledge of Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence, go-to-market methodologies, and controlling • Experience working effectively in international matrix organizations • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Innovative, forward-thinking, and open to continuous learning • Structured, pragmatic, and analytical mindset combined with curiosity and adaptability • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally How to apply Your Talent manages this recruitment.
