Role –Application Support Engineer

Technology – Java/Spring Boot microservices with Camunda BPMN/DMN, Kubernetes, Docker, CICD

Location – Stockholm, Sweden

Job Description

Required

• Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot microservices.

• Hands on with Camunda BPMN/DMN for workflow and decision automation.

• Experience in resource order orchestration using BPMN workflows.

• Integration skills with REST APIs and Kafka (producers/consumers).

• Knowledge of External Task Worker patterns in Camunda.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

• Hands on with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of observability: logs (JSON/ELK/Splunk) and metrics (Prometheus/Grafana).

• Experience in L2/L3 workflow incident handling, debugging failed jobs, retries, and error paths.

• Ability to work in SLA driven operations with on call/rotational support.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Good communication skills for cross team collaboration (Dev, QA, SRE, Ops)

Preferred

• Experience with telecom order/resource orchestration.

• Knowledge of Camunda 8 (Zeebe) and related tools (Operate/Optimize/Task list).

• Familiarity with cloud native architectures and distributed tracing (Open Telemetry/Jaeger).

• Understanding microservices reliability patterns (circuit breaker, retry, compensation).

• Knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and enterprise network design.
