Living Design is a renowned global interior design studio specializing in crafting exquisite hospitality experiences. With over 42 years of expertise and a portfolio of 450+ hotel projects worldwide, we are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Hospitality Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate for our Mid-Weight Hospitality Interior Designer position shall be a team player with strong hospitality design skills precisely at the concept and visualization as well as FF&E & colors selection and specifications and who is effective at collaborating with the team as well as understand suppliers but is also self-motivated and able to complete work to deadlines under pressure with minimal supervision.

We also believe, that attention to details and knowledge regarding the latest trends in hospitality design is of prime importance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of hotel interiors, from conceptualization to execution through the different project stages.
• Prepare design presentations concepts, visualizations, sketches, drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD, 3Dsmax, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft 365.
• Conduct research on materials, finishes, and furniture to ensure project alignment with design vision.
• Collaborate with other team members as well as project stake holders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in site visits and construction oversight.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Hospitality and Hotels Design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Dsmax, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with 3D Max or other rendering software is a plus.
