Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join our engineering team.
You will be responsible for the design and development of high-speed multilayer PCBs,
including RF and EMC-critical applications.
This role involves close collaboration with hardware, RF and system engineers to deliver
robust, high-performance electronic designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and layout of high-speed multilayer PCBs (6–16+ layers)
• RF PCB design (impedance control, signal integrity, EMI/EMC)
• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
• Work with Altium Designer / Cadence / similar tools
• Define stack-ups and collaborate with manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with EMC standards (CE, FCC)
• Support prototyping, testing and production
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5+ years experience in PCB design
• Strong experience in:
o High-speed digital design (DDR, Ethernet, SerDes)
o RF layout and design principles
o EMC/EMI mitigation techniques

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT
Meritorious (Nice to have)
• Experience with RF simulation tools
• Experience with embedded systems
• Experience with compliance testing and certification
Language
• English (professional working proficiency)
💰 Employment Conditions
• Full-time, permanent employment
• Monthly salary: SEK 38,000 – 48,000 depending on experience
• Occupational pension, insurance and benefits according to Swedish standards
• Minimum 25 days paid vacation
