As a Senior Director of Photography, you will lead the visual storytelling for high-end video productions within a creative content environment. You are responsible for shaping the overall visual expression — from concept to final delivery — ensuring that all video content meets high artistic, technical, and brand standards.

In this role, you will plan, film, edit, and color grade high-quality video content for a wide range of digital and social media productions. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other creatives to develop and execute the visual style of each project. You will also take ownership of lighting design, camera setups, shot composition, and equipment selection, while leading camera, grip, and lighting crews during productions.

You will join an international, design-driven organization with a strong focus on storytelling, creativity, and digital presence. The content production team works closely together to create engaging visual content for global channels, combining high production value with strong narrative and brand alignment.

• Scope of employment: Part-time, approx. 20 hours/week

• Working model: On-site in Gothenburg and on location during productions

• Salary: According to agreement

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Director of Photography or Cinematographer

• Advanced expertise in camera work, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
