The Role
UX Research at Arrive focuses on fueling a customer-centric approach throughout product development. We seek to deeply understand the needs and experiences of our users, lead product discovery and validate solutions. Through insights we empower product teams and leadership to make better decisions in design, development and strategy. We thus play a vital role towards our mission to ‘Together make cities more liveable’.
You’ll be part of a small and agile team that works across business units and product spaces. In particular, your work will focus on our business customers: from small mom and pop shops to large enterprises. You’ll work with product teams and leadership to drive user-centricity and innovation in creating mobility solutions for businesses.
