Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Project Manager – Product Development to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead end-to-end vehicle projects with full responsibility for QDCF for the complete vehicle.
• Coordinate and guide all engineering functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and integrated technical solutions.
• Drive hardware development activities; support software-related development as needed.
• Develop, communicate, and implement operational plans covering design, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, and testing.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and risks, taking proactive actions to minimize delays and resolve complex issues.
• Identify, plan, and secure resources required to successfully deliver the project.
• Manage large, complex development projects with significant impact on business outcomes, ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Coach and support teams in applying project management best practices and methods.

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading roles within the automotive industry, preferably as both project and line manager.
• Strong track record in managing complete vehicle development projects with high complexity.
• Solid experience in hardware development leadership; software experience is an advantage.
• Deep expertise in product development project management, supported by relevant education and work experience.
• Ability to manage large end-to-end projects with limited oversight, handling difficult and complex problems independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
