The opportunity

EY is looking for a Senior Architect to join our ESG team in Stockholm and help transform our clients' sustainability strategies.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead architectural engagements focused on ESG frameworks, integrating sustainability into business processes and technology solutions
• Identify and address challenges related to ESG compliance and reporting, translating business pain points into actionable architecture
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and contribute to the EY Nordic community, promoting sustainable practices across sectors
• Deliver strategic consulting across domains such as Sustainable Supply Chain, PLM, and Data Architecture with an ESG lens
• Guide and mentor individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and sustainability

Skills and attributes for success

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in architecture roles within top-tier consulting firms, with a focus on ESG or sustainability
• Proven track record in consultancy, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of Sustainable Supply Chain and PLM processes; experience with Data Architecture in the context of ESG is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence across multiple levels, particularly in sustainability initiatives
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is a bonus

Meritorious

• Experience working in international teams and projects
• Certifications in sustainability or architecture domains
