The position
As IT Application Support Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of 15 people based in Linköping and Stockholm. The team focuses on 3rd line support of our end-users and customer organizations in the usage and management of Cambio’s commercial applications, with a special focus on Cambio COSMIC, our EHR system. The team is diverse in terms of level of seniority and technical background, but all team members are service minded and enjoy diving deeply into technical issues.
You will be part of the IT Management team and responsible for planning the work in close collaboration with the other members of the team. You will also lead your team in the day-to-day work, and you will develop, implement, and improve support processes as well as collaborations with other teams at Cambio.

About you
You have experience leading larger teams and have worked in medium to large-sized organizations. You are familiar with environments that include a high number of employees and varying levels of digital maturity. Your solid understanding of technology enables you to recognize the challenges end-users face in their daily interaction with IT products. In this position, prior experience from support organizations is highly valued.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a structured approach to geting the right things done, at the right time, in the right place. You are a natural networker, with strong social skills, you can as easily communicate with the nerdiest of techs as well as to executive stakeholders.
