Do you want help us to promote a healthy planet for future generations? We are currently seeking a Project Manager to enhance our Vessel Optimization department!
Main responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project, ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within the agreed time, quality and cost according to the contract. The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring the company’s rights and responsibilities within the contract is respected. Main responsibilities will be to:
· Approve sales handover and establish the project team with defined roles and responsibilities.
· Serve as the main contact for customers, authorities, and relevant stakeholders; manage negotiations and maintain strong relationships.
· Develop and communicate the overall project plan, aligning sub-plans and delegating tasks to ensure efficient execution.
· Oversee procurement, production, delivery, installation, and commissioning, coordinating with third parties and regulatory bodies as needed.
· Manage project budget, handle change orders, and produce monthly financial reports.
· Ensure smooth handover to internal parties.
Background and skills
· Higher technical education within relevant field. (Bsc. or Msc. in Engineering)
· Working experience in some of the areas such as technical project management, design or construction of complex projects.
· Proven working experience from using common project tools and techniques
· Experience from process, maritime or other relevant industry.
· Knowledge of contract handling
· Fluent in English - both verbal and written
Personal qualities
As a person, you have good leadership skills with ability to build and maintain excellent working relations. You are results-oriented with keen commercial awareness, driving successful project outcomes.
