What you’ll do As part of the Commercial Transformation team, we are building a high-performing, customer-focused, and data-driven organization, where your role will be essential. You will be owning data models based on several data sources in order to support others and yourself to to generate insights that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. You'll collaborate across functions, acting as a bridge between data producers and consumers. to enhance the customer experience of millions of people worldwide. By aligning analyses with business objectives and user needs, you’ll prioritize key projects and ensure data is accessible by preparing, validating, and cleaning it to support effective self-serve analytics solutions. What you’ll bring We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for creating value and impact through data modeling. As the go-to expert in this area, it’s essential that you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to understand diverse perspectives while balancing stakeholder needs. You have a strong ability to continuously learn and deepen your understanding of our data sources, while improving the quality of your work. You also have a keen interest in contributing to and enhancing the data culture within the organization. You confidently take on tasks where the best approach isn't immediately clear and proactively explore solutions on your own. Additionally, you are eager to take on "hands-on" tasks and excel at organizing your work effectively. Your experience, paired with innovative thinking, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset, will help you succeed in this role. We also believe you are a dedicated team player who values personal growth and self-development. You naturally seek out ways to optimize your work, demonstrating commitment and consistently delivering results on time. You also have: •    Demonstrated experience with SQL and working with large datasets. •    Experience in designing and implementing datasets used for various analytical purposes. •    Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Github and Airflow or similar. •    Experience with R/Python is considered a plus. •    Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude or other product analytics tools is considered a plus. •    Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar is considered a plus. Location: Stockholm. We have a hybrid work setting where we expect you to be a couple of days a week in the office. Sounds interesting?
