We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineering and Analytics Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver BI reports and analytical solutions using a modern data stack, including a data lake (AWS S3), a data warehouse (Snowflake + DBT), and a visualization layer (Power BI). You will play a key role in creating data-driven insights and ensuring data models accurately reflect business processes.

About the Role

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Set up and manage data pipelines using Kotlin microservices and AWS S3.
• Build data products in Snowflake with DBT.
• Collaborate with business architects to ensure data models align with business needs.
• Create and manage manual data applications using Airtable.
• Be a key contributor to improving and maintaining the analytical data stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with a focus on BI reporting.
• Strong expertise in tools and technologies such as AWS S3, Snowflake, DBT, and Power BI (or similar).
• Experience with programming in Kotlin or Java is a plus.
• The ability to understand and translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Strong skills in modeling data to reflect business processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.data
