We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer.

What you will be doing:

Lead continuous improvement projects, including initiatives to expand production capacity.

Promote “LEAN thinking” across the organization.

Analyze and enhance material flow and work methods.

Investigate deviation data, propose, and implement improvements not only in production but also in addressing errors and deficiencies from other functions.

Participate in the preparation and revision of new products.

Your background:

You hold an engineering degree or equivalent, with substantial experience in production.

You possess strong knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma.

Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.

You are driven, analytical, goal-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professional groups.

You excel at driving, implementing, and communicating solutions to process-related issues.

You are stress-resistant, understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and see opportunities rather than limitations.

You have a strong command of both Swedish and English, and can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.
