We are currently looking for a Service engineer to join our emerging Nordic branch with office in Solna, Stockholm.

Job description:

• Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively
• Visit customer sites across Sweden, Norway and Denmark to run device maintenance and repairs
• Complete in-house repairs
• Complete regular admin duties – filling forms, CRM
• Support the transport and install activities at the customer shows and fairs
• Create relevant customer touchpoints incl. service plans

About you:

The successful candidate will ideally be within commuting distance of Stockholm and will demonstrate following qualities:

• Electro/mechanical fault-finding background is essential
• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Driving license
• Ability to work independently and using own initiative
• Ability to identify sales leads
