Job Description:

As a Software Engineer for our customer, you will be pivotal in one of the customers product teams, crafting innovative applications designed to enhance automated and efficient manufacturing processes. You will leverage your expertise in frontend and/or backend engineering to manage the design of complex system components, deliver high-quality code contributions, promote best practices, and mentor your peers. Collaborating closely with the team's product manager, you will influence the team's next steps and direction.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with proficiency in TypeScript, React, or Golang.
• A passion for mentoring peers and demonstrating best practices in design and coding standards.
• A result-oriented mindset.
• The ability to convey your ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Bonus points for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing context.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and technologies including IoT, AWS, and databases.
• A desire to work in a multicultural environment and make a real-world impact.

In this position, you will have the possibility to work 2 days a week remote.
