Job Description:
Lead, develop, and drive the test strategy and verification plan for projects and product changes, from early phase testing to user acceptance testing—secure test equipment in the form of rigs and vehicles, as well as resources. Planning and follow-up are carried out in close collaboration with the verification and development teams.Playing an important part in the Project Management Team to secure quality-assured products.
Presenting status and risks to PM board.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in development projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Structured and organized approach to work.
- Ability to gather input from multiple areas and make sense of large amounts of information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and drive a team towards successful outcomes.
