As a Product Owner for our digital People & Culture product, you will develop and manage our digital platforms to enhance our business efficiency, ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or graduate degree preferred; within Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar within an it, digital or software-focused organization.

• Leading and driving product strategy with HR software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Service Now, Kontek, Winningtemp).

• Experience of leading a team and implementing larger HRM projects, digital self-service and/or transformation management, utilizing agile methods.

Your role at Aurobay As a Product Owner for our digital People & Culture product you will:

• Lead the development of software products in the People & Culture domain by defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps.

• Identify needed digital capabilities to support the People & Culture domain to initiate and establish the product landscape and support these capabilities.

• Communicate your team's vision and roadmap cross-functionally and be the spokesperson for your team within internal and external networks and communication.

• Responsibility for defining the product vision, owning and prioritizing the product roadmaps and backlogs, and ensuring that the final product meets the needs of our stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architects, business stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver innovative HR solutions that align with our strategic goals.
