Now, we are looking for an empathetic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product to the next level.
The RoleInsurello is on a mission to continuously improve its customer promise and product offering.
Whether enhancing current products or scoping new features, the Senior Product Manager will be at the heart of our product development process.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a customer-centricproduct and drive innovation in our Claim Helper team, developing two key aspects of the product:
- the customer sign-up process – including helping users sign up for Insurello’s services and handling follow-up questions to ensure the smoothest and most supportive experience, and
- the CRM system that underpins this process, where the Operations team manages and executes claims efficiently.
Balancing and optimizing these interconnected components will be an exciting challenge.
Your weekly work would include: - Guiding an empowered product team to drive product development forward, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and business context.
- Owning, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog, always guided by a clear product vision.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business objectives, enabling informed, data-driven decisions.
- Identifying opportunities, defining goals, and measuring success using KPIs and OKRs.
- Leading product discovery processes and ensuring the team remains aligned on mission and strategy.
Who You AreWe’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision with a collaborative and people-oriented approach.
We believe you will thrive in this role, if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner working with customer-centric digital products.
- Excel in leading empowered, cross-functional teams.
- Are skilled at stakeholder management, collaboration, and facilitating alignment.
- Understand how to define and track product goals through OKRs, KPIs, and strategic roadmaps.
- Are experienced in product discovery processes and prioritizing based on user needs.
- Are mindful of UX and keep user needs (and truly able to understand them) close to the heart.
- Believe a data-driven approach and analytical mindset to be your core strengths.
- Are fluent in Swedish – Insurello is an English-first workplace, but Swedish is used for product development.
It’s extra amazing if you: - Have experience working in a start-up environment, especially in FinTech or InsurTech.
- Have successfully implemented AI-based projects or initiatives in product development, using innovative solutions to enhance user experiences or streamline processes.
- Can create a collaborative team environment and feel comfortable challenging the team in a positive way to keep moving forward.
