About the jobAs a Product Manager at Telavox, you’ll shape the direction of our UCaaS Platform and related communication solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs, deliver real value, and achieve commercial success. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and bring innovative solutions to market. Your focus will include identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, elevate our UCaaS offerings, and ensure our products stand out in a competitive landscape.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for UCaaS and complementary solutions that resonate with both internal teams and external partners.
Partner with development teams to create intuitive UCaaS solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Build and manage product roadmaps to align with company goals, market opportunities, and insights gained from analytics, feedback, and emerging trends in the UCaaS landscape.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover opportunities and ensure our products stay ahead of the curve in unified communications.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies, deliver impactful product launches, and drive commercial growth for our UCaaS portfolio.

Your curiosity, empathy, and determination will help us continue to grow and innovate.Key skills and experience we’re looking for:
A deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in enterprise communication, with experience in UCaaS or related fields.
Experience as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, or Telco environments.
Expertise in building and scaling platform businesses, with a strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics and partner integrations.
Ability to guide agile product teams through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch, while balancing technical and business priorities.
Comfortable using data and insights to make informed decisions, set priorities, and evaluate success.
Skilled at bringing diverse teams together, sharing a clear vision, and aligning stakeholders across functions.
Committed to understanding and addressing customer pain points to create valuable, impactful solutions.
Good-to-have skills:
Familiarity with tools and techniques for customer engagement, monetization, and retention.
Experience working with global markets and creating scalable solutions for diverse audiences.
