About the position as Software engineerJoin a dynamic team based in Skövde, where they develop and support a range of applications within the Manufacturing area.
The solutions are implemented and used in factories worldwide.
You will be part of a team of 13, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, working collaboratively to deliver production-critical solutions.
Your RoleAs Software Engineer you will work with development in
• Net, C# and SQL.
Your applications will be used in factories all over the world.
You will also be responsible for manual testing and writing automated test scripts.
Example of work tasks:•Apply software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software solutions.
•Work on both frontend and backend development, with a current focus on frontend tasks.
•Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
•Collaborate closely with team members and a senior mentor to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning.
You will work agile with scrum.
The company applies a hybrid work model and you are able to work from home 50% of the time.
Requirements as Software engineer•University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Proficiency in
• NET, C#, and SQL
•Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications•Master’s degree in a relevant field
•Familiarity with Blazor framework
•Experience with cloud development and automated testing
•Knowledge of Azure DevOps, and GIT
•Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
•Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and manufacturing processes
