Are you ready to make your mark in the Nordic market? At Maandag we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to help us launch and grow our recruitment operations in Luleå. If you’re entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready for new challenges, we want to hear from you!

What are you going to do?

As a Recruiter, you’ll be a key player in our growth strategy to expand Maandag’s presence in Sweden. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and placing top talent with our clients, particularly within the White Collar market. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will build and nurture a strong network of professionals and clients, ensuring long-term success for both you and Maandag.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Recruiter and Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and will have the chance to take ownership of your success. Your role will involve matching the best candidates with top clients and helping to grow our new offices across northern Sweden.

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Ambitious, with strong commercial awareness and a passion for recruitment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment within the staffing/secondment industry.
  • Proven experience in recruiting white-collar professionals.
  • Fluency in Swedish is essential.
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B).
