Material flow simulation allows the client to study manufacturing and internal logistics processes. Thanks to simulation we can reduce waste, mitigate risk in projects, explore alternative solutions, and provide more added value for customers. Last year we experienced good results from this technology, and it became a direction of extension and acceleration.

Responsibilities

•Build a simulation model according to factory demand

•Provide analyses, test different solutions, and propose the best ones

•Do feasibility studies for new concepts

•Support local teams with data collecting

•Build reusable solutions: example, templates, libraries

•Propose new simulation ideas and methods

•Provide Simulation, Analysis, and Optimization for factories during brownfield or greenfield projects

Requirements:

Mandatory:

•Engineering degree in the field of production

•Very good knowledge and experience with the software „Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation”

•Proven track of several successful material flow project

•Good communication skills in English: both written and oral

•Be available for traveling

Advantage:

•Interest in Digital Twin solutions

•Knowledge about some Common programming language skills

•Experience in Manufacturing, Logistic, and Warehousing

•Knowledge about other material flow simulation tools
