Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Process Owner / Technical System Owner (TSO) User Journey Owner
What You Will Work On
- Drive the development and evolution of the TSO user journey and roadmap
- Structure and improve system ownership practices across the organization
- Map and analyze system landscapes, ownership structures, and meta-model relationships
- Collaborate closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and additional stakeholders
- Consolidate input from multiple teams into scalable governance models and ways of working
- Collect, analyze, and address stakeholder concerns and organizational feedback
- Develop governance frameworks, practical instructions, and supporting documentation
- Ensure alignment and effective communication across business and technical functions
- Drive implementation and adoption of decisions and governance structures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ownership and operating models
- Create clarity and structure within a dynamic and evolving environment
What You Bring
- Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO) (mandatory requirement)
- Strong understanding of system ownership models and governance structures
- Experience working with complex system landscapes and organizational structures
- Proven experience operating in large and complex organizations
- Strong ability to coordinate and align stakeholders across multiple domains and functions
- Experience transforming complexity into structured and practical ways of working
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical and structured approach with the ability to establish clarity and direction
- Proactive and action-oriented mindset with ability to drive implementation and progress
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving priorities and changing conditions
