We are now looking for a passionate and skilled marketing and events coordinator based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us. ‍💻 About the Role As the Marketing and Events Coordinator you'll be working in close collaboration with the marketing team to achieve the team's goals of increasing our brand awareness and thought leadership by positioning Flower at the center of innovative and solution-oriented discussions, both in Sweden and our selected European markets. Event Planning and Coordination - Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences. - Manage event logistics, such as venue booking, vendor coordination, and onsite support. - Coordinate event promotion and ensure a seamless attendee experience. Marketing support - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media. - Create visually appealing marketing materials, including presentations, flyers, and graphics. - Support social media management efforts, including content creation and scheduling. - Contribute to internal and external communication efforts, including drafting newsletters, press releases, and website content. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, managing calendars, and organizing files. Being a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, events, and design the ideal candidate will thrive in having the opportunity to shape the perception of Flower as we enter new European markets. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in event planning or marketing coordination is a plus. Location We value office collaboration but support remote work. Our office is at Söder Mälarstrand 21, minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
