About the role In the role as Director OEM you will be responsible to develop our key customers. You will identify global market potentials and new OEM customers, as well as build and secure networks within customer organizations. The role is responsible for the OEM sales team of two people, you will have both personnel and P&L responsibility. In order to develop the OEM sales team towards world class level you will define business and sales plan for the sales team and follow-up on execution of plan accordingly. To be successful in this role it is important to have a proactive, relentless sales focus, and always act as liaison between customer and Ålö’ s organization. The role is responsible for identifying most suited OEM sales targets and create new commercial models to enable new product launches and support new business strategies. The position is located in Umeå, and since you will work worldwide you are expected to travel up to 60 %. Your profile You have many years of proven, progressive selling experience in a global, industrial B-2-B environment (+10 years). You also have ability to build strategic internal and external relationships across all levels of the organization. Since you in this role will collaborate with different stake holders both internal and external, it is important that you have strong communication, organizational & commercial skills. To succeed in this role, it is important to possess the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and demonstrate effective salesmanship in a professional and ethical manner.
