One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You can turn a security strategy into funded, sequenced work without losing the risk logic that justified it.

The partner is coordinating a multi year cybersecurity improvement programme across identity, infrastructure, applications and governance. You will align specialist workstreams, maintain executive visibility and ensure that delivered controls are adopted and operated effectively.

Technology delivery is treated as organisational change with technical consequences. The partner expects one coherent view across architecture, security, data, suppliers, users and operations from initial scope through stable ownership.

You will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for direction, governance and the capability of others. You will create enough structure for teams to move independently while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it. The partner wants visible ownership without unnecessary hierarchy.

• Build the security programme roadmap and governance model.

• Coordinate technical, policy and organisational workstreams.

• Translate risk findings into prioritised investments.

• Manage dependencies, suppliers, budgets and steering decisions.

• Track control implementation and operational acceptance.

• Communicate residual risk and delivery choices to executives.

• Senior programme management experience in cybersecurity or technology risk.

• Strong understanding of security domains and control implementation.

• Evidence of managing complex cross functional portfolios.

• Ability to communicate risk without exaggeration or dilution.

• Supplier, budget and executive governance experience.

• Professional English and clear decision writing.

• NIS2, ISO 27001 or regulated security programmes.

• Identity or cloud security transformation.

• Security operations and incident readiness.

You may be a technology programme manager with deep security exposure or a security leader who developed strong delivery discipline. The partner needs enough technical fluency to challenge dependencies while preserving clear accountability with the specialists.

You will shape an investment portfolio with direct consequences for resilience and trust. The role offers executive access, meaningful complexity and the chance to leave security capabilities that operate after the programme closes.

During the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.
