The Atlas Copco Group Tax team is a global function of more than 40 professionals based in Sweden and internationally. As a Tax Data and Transformation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in how we use data and technology to manage tax across the Group.
In this role, you will structure and analyze tax data, improve processes, and support digital initiatives across the Group. A key part of the role is to improve how tax data is sourced and accessed, creating more consistent and reliable information for compliance, reporting, and decision-making.
You will work closely with Finance, IT, and other specialists within Group Tax to support the development of better tax processes, tools, and ways of working.
The role offers broad exposure across tax, finance, and technology, with the opportunity to contribute to ongoing transformation and improvement initiatives. You likely have a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with around 4-5+ years of experience in tax, finance, data, systems or process improvement.

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The position is primarily office-based, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with company policy and business needs.
