Eduviva Group is looking for an analytical and self-driven Group Sustainability & Compliance Controller to strengthen sustainability, risk and compliance performance across the Group. As Group Sustainability & Compliance Controller, you will hold a central position in the Group, reporting to the Chief Sustainability & Risk Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of sustainability data, and for following up on and controlling the Group's work within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Product Compliance across our business areas.

The role combines analysis, performance follow-up and coordination, with broad interfaces to business area management, product compliance, sourcing, finance and Group management.

• Follow up on and analyse sustainability, risk and compliance performance across the Group's business areas

• Control, validate and assure sustainability data for internal and external reporting, including under CSRD/ESRS

• Control and follow up on the Group's ERM work, including risk registers, risk assessments and mitigation plans

• Control and follow up on Product Compliance work, such as product safety, chemical requirements and packaging requirements

• Coordinate the Group's compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) together with the Group’s sourcing in Asia and relevant business areas

• Analyse targets, KPIs and action plans within sustainability and risk, and prepare insights and recommendations for management

• Develop and improve processes, controls and reporting structures for sustainability, risk and compliance data

• Collaborate with Group Finance to coordinate internal control over sustainability reporting (ICSR), aligned with internal control over financial reporting (ICFR)

We are looking for someone with:

• A university degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, business/finance, engineering, law or similar

• Experience in a similar role, e.g. controller, sustainability analyst or compliance specialist

• Specific knowledge of climate, circularity and product compliance

• A solid understanding of sustainability data, data quality and reporting requirements

• Very good written and spoken English and Swedish

• Experience of risk management and compliance

• Knowledge of the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy

• Knowledge of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)

• Knowledge of the Green House Gas Protocol and Climate related frameworks

• Experience from the retail industry and/or public procurement

• Experience of product safety issues and related EU legislation

You take initiative, collaborate easily and know how to drive issues forward in an organisation with many stakeholders.
