You will take ownership of a business-critical PeopleSoft environment that supports central HR processes. The role combines hands-on technical work with close collaboration across business and IT, where you help keep the current platform stable, drive ongoing improvements, and support a transition toward Workday without disrupting daily operations. You will work in an environment where reliability, stakeholder dialogue, and practical problem-solving matter just as much as technical depth. This is an interesting opportunity if you enjoy balancing operational stability with development and long-term platform change.

• You will keep the current PeopleSoft solution running and ensure stable day-to-day operations.
• You will lead support, maintenance, and development activities across the existing HR platform.
• You will drive incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching.
• You will work closely with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to understand needs and move solutions forward.
• You will contribute hands-on in PeopleSoft development and configuration work where needed.
• You will support the transition toward Workday by helping maintain continuity and stability in the current platform.
• You will work independently while staying closely aligned with both business and IT teams.

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Excellent communication with business users, HR stakeholders and other technical teams.
• Experience leading incident resolution, problem management, and solution patches while ensuring stable operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT teams.
• You are proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented.
