About the Role and Our Journey We are in an incredibly exciting and intense phase. We are currently executing a major carve-out project, separating from the former parent group, building our People function for a stand alone solution, and welcoming a new owner. We are implementing new systems (HCM, ATS) and setting up a new, outsourced payroll structure for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Our ambition is crystal clear: we want to automate administration as much as possible so we can focus our time on what really drives business value - our people, our culture, and our leadership. We need to get things in place and build for the future and therefore strengthen our team over a set period of time (fixed term employment).

What You Will Do This is a broad role where you will be spinning many plates at once. There is no playbook - we are building it together. Your key responsibilities will include

• HRIS Support & Automation: Relieve our HRIS Partner by taking ownership of daily system administration and simpler operational processes. You will also assist with ongoing Nordic payroll coordination. Your primary focus here will be finding ways to simplify and automate our administrative workflows.

• Talent Acquisition: Support in recruitment processes, which might include some employer brand initiatives.

• Support HR activities across multiple stakeholders and countries ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This by partnering up with the team in HR matters and manager support.

Your Background We care far more about your potential, mindset, and drive than a formal HR degree or a specific background. You might have 1–3 years of experience in HR or other relevant fields, you are probably early in your career and eager to learn fast.

Languages: You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).

About the recruitment process

As part of our recruitment process, we use psychometric testing through HI Assessments. We also perform a mandatory background check on all final candidates. We will always inform you as a candidate before the check is carried out.
