This isn’t your typical company – we launch one new tech venture every month.

We develop the idea, validate customer demand, secure funding, and build the initial infrastructure – then we bring in a founder like you to step in as the CEO & co-founder from day one.

You won’t be starting alone. You’ll be building something new, bold, and scalable – but with a team of experienced operators, proven processes, and startup capital behind you.

Our team has founded and scaled companies like Realforce (120+ M ARR) and Minna Technologies (770M exit to Mastercard). Now we’re doing it again – over and over – and we’re looking for founders to build with us.

Senior developer or product builder who’s shipped real V1s

Wants to be CEO and get commercial help from day one

Role Responsibilities

• Step in as CEO & co-founder of a new company
• Lead product development, GTM, hiring and growth
• Work directly with our team for support in sales, marketing, operations, finance, tech and legal
• Build and scale a business from 0 to funding, profitability, or beyond

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate as CEO of a brand-new venture
• Work closely with customers to validate and refine the product
• Collaborate with the team + other portfolio companies to execute and scale
• Recruit early team members
• Set goals and drive traction – fast

Qualifications & Experience

• You’ve built something before – a product, a sales pipeline, a company, or a team
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and quick decision-making
• You have strong leadership instincts and can own your work
• You match one of our founder personas (Growth, Consulting, Tech)
• You have high “GSDQ” – Get Shit Done Quotient
