You will join a major Workday implementation where integration is central to making the new platform work smoothly across the wider enterprise landscape. In this role, you will take the technical lead for designing and delivering integrations between Workday and business-critical systems within HR, payroll, identity management, finance, and other connected applications.

The environment is complex, with more than 100 existing integrations affected by the transformation. You will help shape how these interfaces are assessed, redesigned, and delivered so they remain scalable, secure, and maintainable over time. You will also guide architecture decisions, define best practices, and support the wider team with Workday integration expertise. • You will lead the assessment and redesign of existing integrations affected by the Workday implementation.
• You will design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations using Workday technologies.
• You will act as a technical expert for Workday integration architecture and help define patterns, standards, and development guidelines.
• You will support architecture decisions and recommend solutions based on business and technical needs.
• You will work closely with implementation partners, architects, business analysts, and application teams to move integration work forward.
• You will take part in solution design workshops and integration planning activities.
• You will identify technical risks, dependencies, and challenges early and help drive the right actions.
• You will mentor internal developers and help strengthen Workday integration knowledge within the team.
• You will ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• You will contribute to technical documentation, integration specifications, support procedures, and operational readiness.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Proven experience delivering Workday implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, identity management, finance, and third-party applications.
• Strong expertise in Workday integration tools, including Studio EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs and Web Services, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of cloud-based integration architecture and security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HR business processes including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Experience from financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Ability to work professionally in both Swedish and English.
