To our exciting client within retail we are now looking for a junior Brand Marketing Coordinator for a part time assignment of 40%.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample unpacking, inventory management, and storage

• Prepare and pack samples for send-outs, including creating proformas and shipping documentation

• Maintain the sample room and showroom to ensure an organized and presentation-ready environment

• Organize and manage the PR sample archive, tracking movements, returns, and stock levels

• Assist the PR team with event preparation, gifting, and operational PR activities

• Provide general administrative support to the Brand PR team

Requirements

• Relevant education or current studies in communications, marketing, or martech

• Availability to work part-time from October 2026 through March 2027

• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish skills

• Strong organizational capability and attention to detail

About the assignment
