Extra Chef / Kitchen Assistant – Evenings & Weekends

Enoclub – Skomakaregatan 10, Malmö

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Extra Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Enoclub in central Malmö.

This is an extra position for selected evenings and weekends, suitable for someone who is looking for additional work alongside another job or other commitments.

About the position

You will work as part of our kitchen team and assist with all duties related to the daily operation of an à la carte restaurant. The work includes:

• Preparing and cooking dishes during service
• Mise en place and food preparation
• Working independently at different kitchen stations when needed
• Assisting the other chefs during busy service
• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and cleanliness
• Receiving and organizing deliveries when required
• Cleaning and keeping the kitchen and work areas organized
• Following our routines regarding food safety, preparation and portion control

We are looking for someone who:

• Has preferably at least 3 years of experience working in an à la carte restaurant
• Is comfortable working in a busy professional kitchen
• Can work efficiently and independently
• Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Is reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team
• Has a professional attitude and takes responsibility for their work
• Is available for evening and weekend shifts

Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Employment

This is an extra/on-call position, mainly for selected evenings and weekends. The number of shifts may vary depending on the restaurant's needs.
