Your MissionAs our Salesforce Platform Architect, you will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for Epiroc's global Salesforce platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and platform specialists, you will help ensure that our solutions are scalable, user-focused, and built for the future.
You will:• Guide the overall architecture and design of our Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs. • Partner with stakeholders across Epiroc to translate business goals into sustainable and effective solutions. • Collaborate with business analysts, application specialists, developers, and integration teams to deliver value across the organization. • Drive platform innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of Salesforce best practices. • Support and mentor teams working within the Salesforce landscape. • Help shape integration strategies and ensure seamless collaboration across our technology ecosystem. • Contribute to strategic discussions and decisions regarding the future development of the platform.
Location and TravelWhile Örebro or Stockholm are our preferred locations, we welcome applications from candidates based at any major Epiroc location within the EMEA time zone. Some international travel will be required.

Profile description:Your profileYou are someone who enjoys bringing people together to solve complex challenges. You combine a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities with curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to create solutions that genuinely improve the user experience.
You may come from a background as a Salesforce Architect, Consultant, Administrator, Developer, or another related role. Most importantly, you are passionate about building scalable solutions and enabling business success through technology.
We believe you will bring:• Experience working with Salesforce platforms and architecture in a business environment. • An understanding of business processes within sales, service, customer engagement, or related areas. • The ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience contributing to projects that involve multiple teams, functions, or geographies. • Strong communication skills in English. • Experience with global organizations, integrations, leadership responsibilities, or Salesforce certifications is valuable, but not essential to be successful in this role.
