As a People Business Partner, you will support parts of our business and handle all operational HR matters. Your main task is to coach and develop managers in your business functions, helping them succeed in their roles and responsibilities. Some of your key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees in operational HR matters, including all investigation and requirements for disciplinary matters, compensation issues and rehabilitation
• Act as a single point of contact for managers in your business functions
• Guide, coach and advice managers in employee development, performance, employee relations and HR-issues, in line with the company policy
• Trade Union negotiations
• Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees
• Be part of people development projects across the company

Based in our Gothenburg office, this role follows an office-first approach, allowing you to work closely with a collaborative team of People Business Partners, People Rehab Partner and Talent Acquisition Partners, together, we support and work with the business to provide proactive, people-focused support where it matters most.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR or similar area
• Solid experience from working as a People Business Partner or similar HR-role, preferable from a matrix organisation with operational focus
• Experience handling HR-matters such as rehabilitation, disciplinary actions, negotiations with unions and people administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and experienced user of MS Office
• Ability to travel on a regular basis
• Experience in shipping, logistics, and/or the transport sector is a plus
