Hacksaw Studios is a Stockholm-based game studio focused on creating innovative, high-quality gaming experiences. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is structured, solution-oriented, and able to be in many places at once. You won't be fazed when things go wrong and need fixing right away, and you genuinely enjoy creating a workplace people love coming into.

The Role

As Office Manager at Hacksaw Studios you own the process from daily operations to long-term planning, ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with management, external partners, and you will be responsible for our day-to-day work at the office.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Own the office budget, vendor contracts and supplier relationships.
• Be responsible for our day-to-day tasks while staying close enough to catch issues before they become problems.
• Plan and drive the studio's office strategy, space planning, upgrades, and improvements.
• Take ownership of larger internal events and initiatives.
• Be a contact person for landlords, facilities, and service providers.
• Support management with administrative coordination and scheduling.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Office Management role, ideally in a fast-growing or creative environment.
• A structured, organised approach.
• Can-do mindset and an energetic, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A calm head under pressure and the confidence to make decisions.
• Digital competence.
• Interest in event planning.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
