You will join a transformation-focused IT environment where Digital Workplace is being shaped as one coherent service organization rather than a collection of separate products. In this role, you act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and IT, helping create clarity, trust, and alignment across the full stakeholder experience.

You will work close to senior stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to turn business needs into clear and actionable demand within a product-based delivery model. The focus is on relationship management, governance, service agreements, escalation ownership, and financial transparency rather than operational delivery or backlog ownership.

• You will act as the primary relationship owner for assigned business stakeholders and build long-term collaboration based on trust and transparency.
• You will help stakeholders articulate business needs, priorities, and constraints, and align demand with product intake and portfolio processes.
• You will manage expectations by communicating what is feasible, when it can be delivered, and which trade-offs need to be made.
• You will keep a holistic view of the stakeholder experience across products and services, identify recurring themes, and highlight systemic pain points.
• You will collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners on cross-product and cross-portfolio challenges.
• You will support initiative owners during organizational change, transitions, and transformation activities.
• You will own stakeholder-facing escalations, route issues to the right teams, and stay accountable until resolution.
• You will support the definition, communication, and continuous improvement of service agreements and SLAs.
• You will identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated service definitions and drive improvements together with relevant stakeholders.
• You will create transparency around IT service costs, consumption, invoicing, and financial alignment with business budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and business relationship management.
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience working with demand management, stakeholder expectation management, and prioritization discussions.
• Solid understanding of product and service landscapes, including how products, portfolios, and initiatives interact.
• Experience working with service governance frameworks, service agreements, and SLA management.
• Understanding of IT cost structures, consumption models, invoicing processes, and financial governance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business narratives.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations, negotiate trade-offs, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Experience working in large enterprise or global IT environments.
• Experience supporting digital workplace or end-user technology services.
• Knowledge of IT governance models and portfolio management practices.
• Experience working in multinational organizations with multiple legal entities and service structures.
• Familiarity with service agreement frameworks, including Master Agreements, DORAs, and operational service contracts.
• Experience working across business transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience working within product-based delivery organizations.
