You will take on a broad procurement role in a complex operational environment where business needs span everything from office services and IT equipment to machine parts, raw materials, and production-related purchases. This is a hands-on opportunity for you who enjoy combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, and who want to create structure, cost efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships across both direct and indirect procurement.

You will work independently with sourcing activities from need identification to supplier selection, negotiation, and follow-up. The role also includes close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, which means you will have a clear impact on how procurement supports operations, manufacturing, and business performance. • You will manage sourcing of goods and services across both indirect and direct procurement categories.
• You will handle purchases such as office supplies, IT equipment, travel services, facility maintenance, machine parts, raw materials, components, and production-related services.
• You will lead end-to-end sourcing processes, from demand identification and supplier dialogue to negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• You will evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers that match business needs and quality expectations.
• You will negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and conditions for both new and existing products and services.
• You will follow up on supplier performance and drive continuous improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
• You will identify and implement efficiency improvements across procurement processes.
• You will manage larger procurement initiatives with a high degree of independence and contribute to solving complex sourcing challenges together with cross-functional stakeholders.
• You will also support junior procurement colleagues through coaching, review, and delegation when needed.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Strong background in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Proven ability to manage large-scale procurement activities independently
• Solid understanding of both direct and indirect procurement categories
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
• Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts
