We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes ownership of the full customer journey, builds lasting relationships, and ensures a smooth experience from order to invoice — to join our team. Does that sound like you?


About the job

You will be the main point of contact for a dedicated group of customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Working closely with Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.


In your future role as Customer Service Representative you will

• Take ownership of the full order-to-invoice process for your own group of customers and business area.

• Be the main contact person for your customers, handling their orders, questions and requests, and making sure their voice is heard internally.

• Work closely with our Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics teams to secure smooth deliveries and a positive customer experience.

• Be part of a supportive Business Line team, where you also help colleagues as a backup when needed.


We believe you bring

• University education or equivalent in sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution — or experience in a similar role, for example in a travel agency, transport/logistics company or other customer-focused business.

• Good IT skills and experience with order-entry or booking systems.

• Fluent written and spoken English.


Great if you have

• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
