We are now looking for a Receptionist / Workplace Center Host to join our client's office in Kista, Stockholm - a company operating within the information and communications sector. The role You are the heart of the office's welcome experience. Your role is as much about feeling as it is about function - you read the room, adapt your approach, and make sure every visitor and colleague feels seen and taken care of. You work proactively to keep the entire welcome environment in top shape, thinking in terms of the whole picture rather than individual tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and receiving visitors with a warm, professional, and personalised approach

• Actively monitoring and taking ownership of the overall impression of the welcome area - atmosphere, order, and feel

• Managing access cards and entry systems on site

• Handling practical administrative tasks and orders

Who you are We're looking for someone who sees service as a craft, not a task. You:

• Have experience in reception, hospitality, events, or another high-service environment

• Think holistically - you spot what needs doing before anyone has to ask

• Have a natural ability to adapt your approach to each person and situation

• Are self-driven, take initiative, and follow through on what you start

• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Are comfortable with IT systems and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
