YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


In this role, you act as a key business partner and a member of the Markets Leadership Team, serving as the link between Global resources, Markets Leadership, and Meeting Places on all matters related to the Concept & Development domain. You ensure that the Meeting Place concept is consistently implemented and continuously improved, delivering a strong and relevant customer journey across markets.


You work closely with Meeting Places, design and development teams, and market stakeholders to translate needs into concrete solutions and secure effective deployment and integration.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborate with Meeting Places across markets to identify needs for common solutions and translate these into tangible development proposals.


  • Lead the deployment of Meeting Place solutions in close collaboration with Meeting Places and Market Leadership Teams across all countries within the market.


  • Ensure the full customer journey is aligned with the Meeting Place Concept Framework, working closely with the Meeting Place Review Leader and identifying opportunities for improvement.


  • Support coordination of transformation initiation phases across markets, working together with design and development teams.


  • Create and drive improvement plans across the customer journey in Meeting Places, guiding local teams towards simplified ways of working and strong integration of solutions in both established and evolving environments.




WHO YOU ARE


You are a collaborative and structured leader with solid experience in concept development and deployment within complex, multi‑market environments. You are comfortable working close to leadership teams while supporting local execution and continuous improvement.


You have:


  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within concept development, real estate, or related fields.


  • At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience.


  • A university degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.


  • Strong ability to translate business and market needs into practical, implementable solutions.


  • Experience working across markets and with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • A structured and improvement‑driven mindset with a strong focus on customer journey quality.
