About the position

Perido is currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join an international EV- company based in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams, while also maintaining occasional contact with customers and suppliers.

This assignment offers a clear development path, allowing you to gradually take on increased responsibility and broaden your impact on both operational and strategic initiatives within the business.

Your daily tasks

During your first months in the role, you will focus on building relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of the business, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with customers and suppliers regarding billing reports and financial data
• Reviewing contracts and commercial agreements
• Investigating process improvement opportunities across the business
• Developing an understanding of the company’s cloud and connectivity portfolio

As you grow into the role, your responsibilities will become increasingly strategic. You will:

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze financial and commercial data
• Perform calculations, cost analyses, and business evaluations
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development of processes, reporting structures, and business practices across the cloud and connectivity portfolio

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within finance, commercial operations, business controlling, or a similar area
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent financial analysis tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Meritorious

• Experience from the technology, telecommunications, cloud services, or connectivity industry
• Understanding of cloud services, connectivity solutions, or related technologies
• Experience working with ERP systems, billing platforms, or cloud cost management tools
• Proficiency in Swedish and/or Mandarin

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-12-31 with possibility of an extension. Start 2026-07-01.
