WHAT YOU’LL DO

Curious about shaping how products meet customer demand across markets? As a Demand & Supply Lead, you play a key role in connecting sales plans with supply planning—ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place.

Working at a global level, you will take ownership of buying quantification and allocation, translating demand into actionable supply plans while balancing local needs and global priorities. This is a role where analytical thinking meets collaboration, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions across markets and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer group plans align with global aggregated plans across continent and planning markets
  • Translate sales markets’ demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes across warehouses and channels
  • Incorporate local inputs such as seasonality and climate into supply planning. Adjust and optimize allocation splits in planning tools (e.g., PLUTO)
  • Identify deviations between global supply plans and market needs, providing recommendations for adjustments
  • Lead pre-season allocation of stock to planning markets and warehouses, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse allocation in planning tools, ensuring accuracy and correct parameter setup
  • Review allocation flows from both quantitative data and qualitative feedback from Product Merchandising teams
  • Oversee supply vs. demand performance and adjust forecasts where needed

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience within demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or analytics—ideally in retail, fashion, or FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and turn insights into action
  • A good understanding of end-to-end buying and planning processes
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
  • Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan or PLUTO is a strong advantage
